Group Training Sessions

Our Adult Training Group convenes several times a week to master Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Boxing, and Muay Thai. All experience levels are welcome.

Overall, sometimes it is necessary to strengthen our body in order to more effectively perform the movements required by the sport. That is where the Strength & Conditioning comes into play, we need to more efficiently utilize our body's ability and also improve that ability through direct effort. 

Not everyone is the same when it comes to a strength program, some may just need a good amount of walking. Some may require championship level effort, to win the title. Overall, we will accommodate your needs, weather it is weight loss, or Athletic dominance, we have got you covered.
