Bang Muay Thai

Bang Muay Thai is a modern striking system developed by UFC veteran Duane “Bang” Ludwig. It blends the power and tradition of Dutch-style kickboxing with the fluidity and timing of traditional Muay Thai, all structured through a unique numbering system designed to make combinations easy to learn, remember, and execute. The system emphasizes precision, footwork, defense, and efficient transitions between punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—making it a powerful and organized method for both self-defense and competitive fighting.

Boxing

Traditional boxing is the art of mastering distance, timing, and control with just your hands. It builds discipline, sharp footwork, and explosive power, all while teaching students how to defend themselves using head movement, angles, and precise strikes. For kids or adults who’ve wrestled or played contact sports, boxing channels that same competitive drive into refined hand skills and fight IQ. It’s not about brawling—it’s about reading your opponent, reacting fast, and staying composed under pressure.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is the engine behind the performance. It’s where we build explosive power, functional strength, and real endurance that transfers directly to fighting, wrestling, or everyday life. This isn’t bodybuilding—it’s training for purpose. We use proven methods like resistance training, mobility work, and energy system development to make you faster, stronger, and harder to break. Whether you're a competitor or just want to move and feel like an athlete, this is the foundation that supports it all.

Gi Jiu Jitsu/Judo

Submission grappling takes the body control and pressure your kids already know from wrestling and adds one simple concept: finishes. Instead of just pinning, we’re teaching how to control and submit opponents using joint locks and chokes. It’s the same intensity, the same grit, just evolved. We teach positional dominance—top, bottom, escapes—and build from there. Whether your child wrestled last season or just roughhouses naturally, this is about sharpening that instinct into skill.

Mixed Martial Arts

MMA—Mixed Martial Arts—is the complete system. It combines wrestling, striking, and submissions into one seamless fight style. If you've wrestled, boxed, or even just watched UFC, this is the real thing. We take your natural athleticism, add structure, and teach you how to flow between takedowns, punches, kicks, and submissions. It's about being dangerous from every position—standing, clinched, or on the ground. MMA builds toughness, strategy, and the confidence to handle yourself in any situation.
