Without a doubt, the most critical element to your journey into a better functioning machine, is going to be the role of your nutritional intake. Understanding what is in the food you eat and the overall need for your specific lifestyle is going to be a key element in seeing consistent growth, or weight loss, depending on your goals. Each of us has different daily needs, requirements, tolerances, and food-based preferences, so there is no one diet fits all approach to weight loss or muscle gain. Our basic process involves assessing your current intake, without making any changes to the diet, to really understand where the diet can be improved. If we were to start by changing your diet on day one, we would not be able to clearly understand what the issue is that prevents you from seeing results. Nutritional intake will be a process that will take time to complete, just keep making efforts each day and it will become easier with time.
