Pound for Pound, gorillas are one of the strongest animals on the planet, and you guessed it. Its NOT because they own a Bow flex. The use of bodyweight exercises has been shown to produce great athletes for hundreds of years. The program I have wrote up for the MEN, or even ADVANCED females will challenge you to great lengths. Each week will have Plyometric, Steady State and Static movements to challenge your body to its limit. Remember, no training program supersedes a bad diet, so make sure you have a good understanding of the caloric requirements that are unique to your lifestyle, and if you have any questions on how nutrition can improve your diet, reach out to your coach with any questions and we will get you squared away!
