We all know Strength is King, right? In this program we will work on the basic Big 3 Lifts that are the way your strength is gauged in a powerlifting competition. Bench, Squat, and Dead lift. This means you will be completing Maximal lifts each time you work out, but a continuous cycle of exercise variations will keep you progressing throughout the training cycle, allowing for the largest strength adaptions possible.
