One of the biggest things most struggle with, is the ability to buffer lactic acid, and the ability to control our breathing in the process of the exercise. Increasing work capacity over time will happen, but it will be over time. Cardiovascular training is a versatile subject that is not bound to just running and jump rope. By utilizing as many tools as possible, dumbbells, assault bike, rower machines, sprints, or calisthenics-based movements, we can illicit strength, power, and cardiovascular gains to keep you feeling and performing your best. As with all of our programs, no training can out pace a bad diet, so if you know your diet is not helping you perform your best, reach out to your coach with any questions so we can get you squared away as soon as possible!
